Executives Evaluation
Assert performs specific and independent evaluations of executives requested by our clients. This work is performed through an interview by competences with the purpose of identifying if the profile of the professional is in line with the position and organization's demands.
The client receives a detailed report on the interview performed, with a formal evaluation of the professional.
This whole process is performed in a clear manner with the candidates, respecting the clients information and AESC's Code of Ethics.
