Executives Recruiting

The executives search and selection work at Assert, starts with the understanding of the universe of each company, i.e., of its organizational structure, culture and business strategy.

From that, we trace together with the client, the complete profile of each position and define the search field. Throughout the search process, we perform the professionals screening, which consists on a detailed approach, followed by interviews by competence. The approved candidates are presented through detailed reports, within the timeframe established with the client.

For the finalist candidates, we survey professional references and assist in the negotiation and admission process for the candidate selected. After the admission, we have the commitment to follow-up the first six months with the candidate and client, with the purpose of facilitating the integration process between both.
