MANUELA HOLUM CALUMBY

Manuela began her career conducting recruitment processes of operational positions in private companies, with highlight in those of Petrochemical Complex in Salvador (BA). At Accenture (SP), worked in the Human Resources area and supported the Communications & High Tech unit consultancy team.

Later, as a consultant at Webb (e-Business and Outsourcing Consultancy Company), she participated in the implementation of the Human Resources area and its subsystems, including several programs: compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation and training and development.

In 2007, she migrated to the Executive Search segment when she started to integrate the Fesa research area, in a generalist position. In the following year, due to her experience in Technology, she started to lead, as specialist, the IT and Telecom sectors. In this new phase, she developed projects for large players of the market such as: SAP, Telefônica, Nextel, Teleperformance, Pricewaterhousecoopers, Sky, among others.

After 3 years in Fesa, Manuela joined Assert, upon resumption of its operations, becoming a Partner at the Company.

Manuela has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS) and post-graduation in Human Resources Administration from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP).
