ANA LUIZA LOUREIRO SEGALL

Ana Luiza Loureiro Segall, the Assert founding partner, has a 14-year consolidated career in the IT and Telecom market. She conducted several consulting projects searching for company executives for both segments over the last 10 years, such as: Microsoft, IBM, Dell, SAP, Telefônica, Tivit, Oi/Brasil Telecom, Atos Origin, among others.

She began her professional career at Accenture, working in Change Management, where she participated in large projects and performed at SAP Academy. Later, she was the Human Resource Project Manager at Vésper (SP Telecom Company), where she participated in the company's start up process.

The transition to the Executive Search area took place in 1999, at Phoenix Search Research Area. In 2000, she joined FESA as Senior Associate, becoming the youngest partner of the company on the following year. In 2006, when she realized the lack of specialization in Recruiting Executives for the Technology and Telecommunications sectors, she founded Assert – Assessoria e Recrutamento em Tecnologia (Consulting and Recruitment in Technology). The brand was incorporated by Fesa in 2009 and, in the beginning of 2011, Ana Luiza resumed Assert's operation.

Ana Luiza has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidade Mackenzie and a post-graduation in Telecommunications from BSP – Business School São Paulo.
